I grew up in the charming state of New Hampshire, and as soon as I turned 18, I set off on my own to explore the real world. It was a significant transition for me, especially because I made the decision to move to Hawaii, the farthest state from my home. While Hawaii was undeniably stunning, I discovered that it wasn't the right fit for me personally. Many people find it difficult to understand why I didn't enjoy living there, but I often explain that living in a place is quite different from vacationing there.Moving to Hawaii at the age of 18, right after finishing high school, felt like a wake-up call to the realities of life. It involved hard work, highs and lows, moments of monotony, and the unavoidable truth that our problems persist regardless of our location. It's crucial to approach life with diligence, embracing the challenging and uneventful days, and recognizing that life keeps moving forward no matter where we are.“Around here, however, we don't look backward for very long.
