Responsible for sourcing and recruiting-related activities such as research, job posting, account management, paper screening, phone screening, interview, etc.Arranges and schedules final interview of prospective candidates for the management and Hiring Manager/s.Prepares and analyzes recruitment reports; submits daily or weekly reports to management as necessary or requested.Prepares the job offer documents, employment contracts, pre-employment requirement list. Discusses and negotiates the job offer; administers the contract signing.Prepares the on-boarding kit for newly hires and conducts orientation.Endorses the new employee to his/her new team, Team Lead/Supervisor/Manager.Conducts Exit Interview to separated employees.Updates the employee master list from time to time.Maintains the 201 records of both active and inactive employees.Fills-out and submits employment report (R1A) thru SSS Online.Fills-out and submits the contribution collection list thru SSS Online.Liaises with Department Heads to update employees’ schedules.Responsible for timekeeping (Local and Expats Employees).Responsible for payroll administration.Prepares employment permit and pre-arranged employment visa application.Attends and participates in seminars related to Human Resources for developmental purposes.

Conducts full spectrum of recruitment from research, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, job offer and onboarding.Responsible for Sourcing and Recruiting related activities focused on various positions across industry sectors (IT, Shared Services, Pharmaceutical, Banking and Finance, BPO).Responsible for ensuring that SLAs are met and recruitment targets are achieved within agreed timeline.Understand recruitment demands and skills profiles within area of responsibility / account handled.Tapping and sourcing active and passive candidates in the market through different sourcing strategies and technique.Conduct paper and phone screening for potential candidates and competent applicants.Account Management:Operating as the lead point of contact for recruitment queries to clients.Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Coordinates and communicate with the clients regarding their recruitment needs.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to exceed expectations and commitments.Prepare all necessary reports on a weekly basis.
