In addition to providing high level administrative support to senior executives, Ms. Paschall has been instrumental in the development and refinement of project specific processes, procedures, and software utilized for compliance reporting. Ms. Paschall supported HNTB as the Quality Assurance Liaison and was tasked with reviewing contract documents for district Maintenance of Traffic and conducting community outreach. She also audited daily construction activities to report and publish project highlights, milestones, detours, and employment opportunities to the public regarding the project.

Sigal Construction recruited Ms. Paschall to develop, implement, and supervise their punch list program for a $10 million, seven month fast-track renovation project. During that time, she conducted material tracking for this building’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Silver rated submittals, and supporting documentation. She also established a paperless Operations and Maintenance manual database for the owner’s building management team. Ultimately, Ms. Paschall managed the subcontractor’s compliance with the owner / GSA requirements for installation and punch list repairs. Ms. Paschall also facilitated close-out inspections for the Wilson High School Project, $96 Million renovation in Washington, DC. During preparation for the 2011-2012 school years, Ms. Paschall was brought on-board the 350,000square foot, LEED Gold school complex project, to manage Sigal Constuctions’ punch list inspections and monitor subcontractor compliance with the repair of deficient items.
