About Har Grover

With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, board director, and senior executive, I have built and grown companies at all stages, from start-up to commercialization, to going public and scaling beyond the $1 billion revenue mark. I have breadth of experience across all functional areas, with depth of experience in sales and marketing and corporate development. I am adept at managing changing company circumstances and navigating complex regulatory environments.Currently, I serve as the Managing Director of Nucleus GC, a professional services and investment company specializing in the North American Life Sciences market. I am also the Executive Chair of Genexgen Inc, a startup company dedicated to innovate in the space of immunotherapies and vaccination by bringing advances in epigenetic therapies and cell therapies to immunology. In addition, I am a Board of Directors member of FACIT, a cancer innovation investment firm that serves as a gateway to the cancer research pipeline in Ontario. I have a passion for innovation and disruptive technologies, and a mission to create positive social and environmental impact through my work. I hold an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, and an MBA from York University - Schulich School of Business.
