My field of work is in architecture, strategy, vision, data management and digital transformation projects. I work with Microsoft Azure Data Platform, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and TimeXtender.

I was a strategic leader who was responsible for the financial health of the organization. I oversaw the startup process of the company with its founders. I managed the budget and financial structure of the company and drove digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, increase revenue and reduce costs. We focused on improving the customer journey by implementing a website and integrating the online payment processes with the ERP to improve financial visibility and control. General responsibilities of mine were to oversee the financial operations and lead the development of financial and accounting policies, procedures and systems. I analyzed financial data and made recommendations for improving the financial performance of the company and developed long-term financial goals and strategies.

The goal of the Icelandic electric car association is to participate in the increasing interests of electric cars. That includes potential owners, current owners as well as companies working with electric cars in Iceland.

I was the founder and business owner of an e-commerce platform specializing in aftermarket accessories for electric vehicles (EVs). Initially, I launched the website with a focus on Tesla products, operating from my garage and even handling some deliveries alongside my son. As the company gained traction, we expanded rapidly, acquiring the inventory of our sole competitor in the market. This growth prompted us to relocate to a larger warehouse and establish a partnership with a reputable car repair shop.Our core objective and brand identity revolved around offering competitive prices, exceptional service, and extensive product knowledge. To achieve this, we prioritized efficiency through minimal overhead, automated processes, and a personalized shopping experience that made customers feel valued, despite our online presence.Just before reaching our company's first anniversary, we made the decision to pass the torch to new owners who continue to operate under the same brand and maintain our original image. This journey was not only immensely valuable but also a tremendous source of enjoyment for me.

In the beginning of 2010 management of Stefna Software wanted to use my resourcefulness and organizational skills for internal matter. I did an audit of the company, which was in a rapid growth at that time, and concluded we needed better work rules and project management. I recommended we hired a project manager, which later became myself. In that role I played a big part in setting project standards, workflow, information gathering and project accounting. I managed internal projects and projects for clients.To name a few; development of Moya, development of a booking engine for travel agents, development on a new ecommerce addition to Moya, IPTV solution for Vodafone Iceland and many websites for clients.

I worked on a big project for the Farmers Association of Iceland. I programmed an internal program named Afurd which they use to calculate grants to farmers in Iceland. Afurd went so well we worked on other projects for them as well. i.e. (1) Huppa.is, (2) a centralized system for management and single-sing-on for all other applications and (3) a monitoring system for data sent in from slaughterhouses. All applications are built on Oracle databases and programmed with PHP.

Content Producer and Co-Host of an online web show and podcast that later moved to local TV network in Iceland named N4. Produced 69 episodes over 2 years about everything and nothing, but mostly about tech. Some episodes were uploaded later to YouTube and can be found there.

I worked as a web developer at Thekking mainly programming in ASP.NET. In the beginning of 2006 Thekking became majority owner of Stefna Software and the web department of Thekking became a part of Stefna Software.
