With over 25 years of work experience, I am a passionate and dedicated professor, researcher, and consultant in the fields of industrial services, digital transformation, and business development. I currently teach MBA and master and bachelor courses at Hochschule Furtwangen University (HFU) - Faculty of Business Administration and Engineering, where I share my knowledge and insights with the next generation of leaders and engineers. I also conduct research and consulting in the field of business development of technological services. I am working with industrial equipment manufacturers that want to accelerate their digital transformation journey and monetize smart services. Additionally, I am supporting software and AI and IoT platform providers to improve their value proposition and their capabilities to show prospectives their impact on customers' outcome.
