As a Principal Partner at Entalus, I lead the development and implementation of sustainable practices for the principled development of computer software. With over 25 years of experience in software and system development, I have a strong background in formal methods, dependability, and artificial intelligence, which I apply to create innovative and reliable solutions for complex and critical challenges.My mission is to advance the way we are programming, and to share my knowledge and expertise with the software and AI communities and the broader society. I have authored and co-authored 140+ publications and patents in the field of computer science, I have been a staff researcher on formal methods and dependability at SRI's computer science lab, and I have built up and served as the Scientific and Executive Director at fortiss, a leading Software&Systems research institute in Europe. I am passionate about exploring new ideas and technologies, and collaborating with diverse and talented teams on making software systems way more efficient and reliant.
