Taking on the responsibilities in regards of Service coordinator for Dunapack IT (part of Prinzhorn) to ensure services are running smoothly for the end-users and be a focal point if issues come up internally or with external providers

Taking on the responsibilities in regards of Application Management and Operations Management for ERP systems in the Packaging Processes area

* Responsible for the support of “End User Computing (EUC)“ across the region and also in relation to other regional or global functions like network, hosting and security. * Control of the key performance indicators set up for EUC by ensuring compliance to the standards for software deployment and user administration. * Responsible for the integration of end user computing in new offices and plants during the integration of “Cadbury” and “BIMO” augmented with some local stays in Algeria, Morocco, Egypt and South Africa. * Organization and control for the continuous optimization of the EUC services within the region and to reduce the running costs. * Responsible for the software portfolio for the whole of the EMEA region following the reorganization of the areas and organization structure changes. * Stream Lead for EUC in support of the collaboration for the joint venture between the large coffee branch of Mondelez International and Douwe Egberts Master Blenders.

* Support and collaboration in the integration of Lefèvre-Utile (LU) into Kraft Foods. * Support and collaboration in the build-up of the new account for Volkswagen Slovakia. I was accountable for the implementation of SCCM software- and pc-deployment and for the setup of the local operation team for the transfer to daily operations. * Stream lead during the re-transfer from SCCM and EUC services into Kraft Foods for the CEEMA region.

* Setup and implementation of key performance indicators (KPI) for the software deployment environment (SMS). * Planning and tracking of the expansion or all the 85 SMS servers in Europe with up to a 400GB disk capacity for software deployment. * Organizing the training and handover of the daily operations to the teams in Hungary that were supporting the customer accounts. * Planning and tracking the upgrade of the software deployment solution to SCCM which was the successor to SMS.

* As a Team Lead responsible for the Auhof coffee plant with 2 reports but no personal management responsibility for them. * Transformation of around 250 workstations to W2K, Office 2000 and integration into the new global active directory and DHCP environment. * Planning and implementation of Hyperion 5.5 for the whole CEEME region, with accountability for the training of the local teams. * As Senior System Engineer tasked with the lead to deploy the new company workstation image for around 18.000 workstations across the region. This work included the preparation of the training, running the training and to monitor the successful rollout of the project. * Support and collaboration for the implementation of the new software deployment based on SMS first for EMEA and later also for the Asia Pacific region. That included also to some extent the on-site training in the countries and via remote trainings.

* Responsible for the end-user support, end-user administration and the complete administration of the local network * Programming the Interfaces for the data transfer from the DPW-travel payment system into the accounting systems running on AS/400 * Demerger of the polymer division from CIBA Spezialitätenchemie into the new founded Vantico Company. The setup and full support and administration of the new company in Austria was done on a local contract between the 2 companies. * Transformation of all workstations from CIBA Spezialätenchemie and Vantico to Office and Outlook 2000, including the connection to the new Exchange servers and the training of the users.

* Responsible for the end-user support, end-user administration and the complete administration of the local network, also for the transformation from Twinax to Tokenring. * Implementation of and automatic ordering and invoicing over EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). * Installation and Configuration of new workstations to support implementation of new SAP/3 reports and accounts installation, around 250 workstations.

* Setup for the installation of new Windows NT network for the newly created company and for the migration of the existing Novell- network to Windows NT and the complete administration of it. * Planning standards for the procurement of PC-Hardware, PC-Software and for peripherals. Providing the figures for the drawing up of an accurate IT-Budget

* Support and collaboration during the programming of the accounting and billing system, which was needed because of the change from RPG II to RPG III. * Maintenance and customization of the incoming order program and the interfaces to all the other accounting systems. * Accountable for the implementation and adaption of the external “assets accounting software” and to ensure the migration of the existing asset data into it. * Interface programming for data transfer to other company systems as requirements were coming in for more automatic central data processing. * Implementation, expansion and administration of Windows-NT and Novel Networks. * Implementation, expansion and administration of the local MS-Mail network to support the implementation of the sales support program on notebooks and later for the whole company on the new mail system. * Planning and organizing the WAN setup in Austria to support the growing need for a PC-Network WAN structure. * Planning standards for the procurement of PC-Hardware, PC-Software and for peripherals. Providing the figures for the drawing up of an accurate IT-Budget * Ordering of Hardware and Software for PC and Network from suppliers and checking it was all was accurate according to the orders.
