- Process samples from dialysis patients for Gringas lab to analyze and measure COVID- 19 antibodies - Update and maintain the REDCap database to ensure all of the information relevant to the COVID CKD AB Study (ex: serum creatinine levels, Urine micro albumin to creatinine ratio, Vaccine administration dates, COVID infections, etc...) is up to date- Review clinical notes on Soarian and Renal Insight (electronic medical databases) to update the IPSD Catheter Registry with new stauts changes (ex: transfer from in-center hemodialysis to home dialysis), hospitalizations, and/or ER Visits- Prepare and distribute antibody reports for patients with information pertaining to anti-RBD, anti-NP and anti-spike values - Coordinate standard of care blood work and bloodwork blitz dates at both St.Michael’s Hospital and the Kidney Care Center to ensure patients have their blood samples drawn at their respective time points- Update information on the REDCap software upon collection of the serum/DBS sample - Create bloodwork kits and prepare corresponding documentation (ex: requisition forms for the outpatient blood lab)- Approach patients for enrollment in various studies (ex: RECORD) and obtain informed consent.
