As the founder of XXY Agency, I have been creating corporate and personal digital identities for other passionate people and businesses since 2014, and supporting them with our ongoing global projects. I have a master's degree in visual communication and digital media, and another one in systems engineering, which enable me to combine creativity, innovation, and technical skills in my work. I have also published a website (www.harat.net) on personal development, art, and travel, and obtained multiple patents in the field of digital media.In addition to my entrepreneurial role, I am also a soft skills trainer at Board of European Students of Technology, where I have been taking care of the internal education of the active members for over 12 years. I deliver trainings in different countries with diverse audiences, covering topics such as leadership, team management, project management, facilitation, and online teamwork. I also provide support and coaching for local groups in planning, leadership, organization, project realization, HR management, and fund-raising. I have a passion for continuous self-improvement and work-oriented communication skills.
