• Responsible for reviewing system designs, developing procedures/Job Plans, monitoring and refining Asset Maintenance Plan that includes various maintenance tasks• Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect operations (problems include capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance)• Review the design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans• Analyze engineering-design concepts of major projects and provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks • Conduct Bad actor analysis and complete investigations on top bad actors using 5 why/Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) methods• Provide support to the operations/project team concerning equipment modifications, Regulatory Inspections, maintenance support for shutdowns, and troubleshooting• Monitor failure data generated by Enterprise Asset Management System for assets to ascertain potential requirements for process improvement• Solve escalated operational problems, defective Job Plans, faulty PMs, and technical issues that field technicians are unable to troubleshoot

• Coordinating installation and commissioning of Mechanical equipment/systems• Managing mechanical systems and equipment including chillers/cooling towers, piping, pumps, air-handlers, make-up air units, boilers, heat exchangers, tanks, and process water• Working closely with the Maintenance and Operations team, troubleshooting, and investigating Mechanical equipment• Developing projects based on operational need and/or energy & cost conservation• Creating P&IDs and Flow diagrams of different mechanical systems in the plant• Supporting Design team and production in new projects and day-to-day operations

• Design and fabrication of fixtures to hold model plates• Manufacturing of model plates using different surface finishing and cutting machines• Manufactured piston rings by using different lathe, milling, and drilling machines• Tested model plates and ring accuracy level using a precision measuring instrument like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, etc.• Provided support to maintenance and assembly team in making model plate dies for rings• Developed and maintained weekly process reports for cost-effectiveness and modification• Conducted process improvement analysis for increasing production and efficiency

• Worked in the Tool room of industry to design new tools for production need• Developed designs of die casting tools and fabricated fixtures to hold special tool• Manufacturing of different tools required in production process for die casting model plates and other manufacturing process• Measured accuracy of tools using the Vernier caliper, Micrometer, and depth gauges• Coordinated with various engineering and maintenance teams to resolve mechanical and electrical issues found during inspection of Machines• Created cost improvement and production increment strategy for different areas of the plant

• Worked in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning division of plant in industry to check and ensure pressure, temperature, and sensor used in the plant are working normally• Design and fabricate fixtures required in day-to-day activity• Conducted Root cause failure analysis of failed equipment/tools, and generated a report• Supported engineering and Operations teams in instrumentation and data acquisition• Performed and supported daily/monthly/yearly equipment/machines maintenance
