I have efficient ways to contribute in the different area such as effective Partner Management, Effective Grant Management, Capacity Building of partner staff, donor management, timely fund transfer to partners, on regular handhold support & on side data verification visit, prepared partner grant agreement timely report finalization on the monthly & quarterly basis, to meet partners legal compliance & yearly audit. & prepared correct donor report as per guideline and meet all donor compliances. Timely communication with the Managers & Senior Management for the project balance and updates. during the task force meeting, we are updated to Senior Management team about the partner's financial update like utilization of partners, what is the rate of fund utilization, if the partner is not properly utilization of the funds so what is the best upcoming plan for partners. I also provide feedback to Programme team how they can manage effective Programme on field. What is the current issue with the partner why partners are not managing there grant on the timely basis that finding also we can share with the senior management team? Regular present financial data in front of the donor, government, senior management & different stakeholder in the different forum.
