Alison Ward has over thirty years’ experience as a HR, behavioural and organisational change and transformation strategic partner and program leader in complex, global and highly regulated organisations. Alison is available for executive interim, executive coaching and consultancy assignment roles and facilitation at strategic workshops and training events. Alison has led transformations on behalf of CEOs and HR leaders in global organisations such as Canon, Qantas Airlines, Vodafone, RBS, Westpac Bank, BT, Petronas Global Shipping, AVIC Cabin Systems, Royal Mail Group, Cisco Systems, Centrica and NEC Telecoms as well as SMEs and start-up venture-capital funded enterprises.
