HR Director, Strategy Development and Solution Buisness Unit (SDS)Responsible for general management of all HR works in SDS.

Key Responsibilities:- Buildup recruiting system for the Holding Group, improving and optimizing the recruiting process and policies. - Workout policies for recruiting high-end talents; Implementation of the strategy hiring project from Holding Group to subsidiary groups.- Online implementation of Wintech recruiting system and tailor-made developing for application, which is the base of big data management and application.- Setup and management of efficient Recruiting Operation platform.- Management and control of the channel, cost and data, as well as designing the KPI for recruiters. - Management and delivery of CST (Chairman Special Task)- Acting as HRBP role for the Holding Group to support HR’s work.- Buildup Hanergy’s social media platform as “Talent Media Officer”, like Wechat and Linkedin. Through the combination the Recruiting practice and Employer Brand, strongly improve the recruitment efficiency and influences of Employer Brand.
