1) Currently working as Flour technoloist in Adani Wilmar Ltd. has commission Gram flour plant(150 Mt/day) right from dal unloading in silos , fumigation of silos with ALP including fog test, gram flour processing making SUPER FINE AND GARGARA besan with PIN MILLS and RM, and packaging(BP &CP) . 2) Food safety supervisor from FOSTAC (Level 2).3) Green Belt Six Sigma certified with having 2 projects done in solving edible oil process with the help of SIPOC cycle. 4) Have good knowledge in SAP (PM and PP) module1 Reduction in chemical consumption (bleaching earth) in soyabean edible oil from 12 kg/mt to 9kg/mt.2 Reduction in Sulphuric acid consumption in Acid oil frm 210 kg/mt to 180 kg/mt . 4) Having good knowledge in maintaining the GMP of the plant . 5) Have worked as a team member in passing various audits of the plant which includesFSSC 22000 CERTIFICATION v 5.1ISO 45001 CERTIFICATIONAIB CERTIFICATION. 6) Have sound knowledge in operations carried out during Shift which includes maintenance of the plant , record update, production bookings
