Responsibilities:• Design, deploy, and maintain all current and future services and solutions for managed services customers.• Oversee and maintain compute and backup infrastructure for internal and managed customers.• Lifecycle management for various hardware and software components.• Design, deploy and maintain Zabbix templates to monitor a variety of services and devices.• Automate routine tasks, including incident response and performance tuning, with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.• Research and recommend new technology solutions to enhance system efficiency and reduce costs.• Coordinate any required interaction with remote Data Centre Analysts.• Assist the Network Operations Center, when required, during troubleshooting and problem resolution.
