My role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Reinsurance Engineering Teams, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our mission to transform manual processes and disparate systems.I focus on enhancing the candidate experience to reflect the company's values of innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Collaborating closely with the management team, I ensure seamless integration of new hires and understand the evolving hiring needs.Additionally, I foster relationships with industry professionals, universities, and relevant networks to source high-quality candidates and stay abreast of industry trends.

In this role, I direct supply chain logistics, design, construction, production, and manufacturing for engineering contractual and permanent markets. I supervise recruiting team and delegate responsibilities for global sanction / DBS checks, drug and alcohol testing, and referencing. I negotiate terms and contracts with vendors during pre- / post-Covid. I recruit top executives for global defence, oil and gas, and aerospace companies, whilst onboarding candidates ranging from graduate to board-level positions.Prominent Accomplishments: • Expanded average margins from 15% to over 20%.• Saved over £15K (85%) by reducing company's drug and alcohol testing expenses from £60 to £8.50 per candidate during COVID.• Maintained consistent billing between £250K to £300K per year.• Raised annual corporate car allowance from £2200 to £5200.• Achieved £2000 quarterly bonus and £1000 end-of-year bonus.• Revamped conventional 15% commission structure to a tiered structure varying from 15% to 45% for permanent placements.• Augmented 6% account gross profit and reduced from 60 to 30 days and some from 30 to 14 days.• Recognised as pivotal member of Employee ownership trust (EOT), implemented by directors in 2018.• Eliminated free temporary to permanent deals and instituted charge of yearly (permanent) pay for customers; boosted business profits from 16% - 30% of wage without bank borrowing.• Optimised revenue by £100k in permanent placements during market slowdown due to IR35 and Brexit, whilst shifting from 90:10 split between contract and permanent recruitment to 50:50.• Assumed position of chief of staff, serving as key influencer and leader by solving problems of applicant resources, working hours, and new compensation system.
