This was a very varied role which included overseeing the company's operational processes, employing strategies to maximise customer satisfaction as well as managing the marketing initiatives. I also assisted in compiling the company's budget.

I took up a role as a COO at Private Label Movement.Frequently one of the top ten business podcasts on iTunes, Private Label Movement, with host Kevin Rizer, took listeners behind the often closed doors of the Private Label physical products industry, where everyday people were starting to build six and seven figure businesses with a brand they had created. My role was very varied, ranging from managing manufacturers and other suppliers, to overseeing the internal operations of the company and the work of its employees.

Senior Account ManagerMeteorite Apr 2006 - May 2008Carried out all aspects of account management from campaign conception to completion, working closely with the senior client team to develop marketing plans. This included creating and presenting proposals, managing a team of account executives. I was also responsible for compiling and finalising project budgets. This was an extremely integrated role which required strong multitasking skills.During my time, I managed a number of different client accounts from the Royal Mail Group (Royal Mail, Parcelforce & Post Office), Jumeirah hotels, The Royal Marsden Hospital, David Lloyd Leisure and Costa. The work ranged from acquisition and awareness campaigns to internal communications and corporate hospitality.
