As a Pharmacist, with a bent towards, New Product Development, Quality Assurance, Alternate Medicine, Prescription drugs and the laws governing them. HACCP/RMP/GMP with auditing skills are some of my key areas of work. Along with these, I have a passion for the Herbal/Ayurvedic form of medicine. I aspire to establish my career in a field that utilizes the skills of Pharmaceuticals and Quality/Technical/Product development and business scalability. If I talk about my graduation thesis which I did on Immune response of a patient with AIDS. Having worked in a renowned Herbal Pharmaceutical company named 'Himalaya Drug Company' i discovered my liking for Herbal form of medicine as well. However, I am also very keen to learn about Prescription drugs and have started a Certificate course (Prescription Drug Regulation, Cost, and Access: Current Controversies in Context) offered by Harvard University. This course covers the following topics: Drug Development and Approval, Drug Pricing, Promotion of Drugs to Physicians, Patients, and Others, Post-Approval Monitoring and Evaluation, Special Classes of Drugs and Disease. I am adept at leveraging various supply chain, international business, management, and marketing tools and solutions to deliver industry-specific innovations. Having done my Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology with 120 credits in just 8.5 months I discovered my new skills within management and marketing domains. Volunteering and my social skills in terms of devoting my time and energy to the community made me understand the meaning of giving back to society. Currently, I am volunteering in the health and wellbeing department in my college to help International students in terms of their social and physical health. Along with this, I am also an active volunteer at the Mental Health Foundation (NZ) and The Art of Living (International). Not only this, I have also actively participated in the surveys and volunteered as the surveyor for the local city council to help rebuild the public spaces (Nelson city council). My passion for Marketing also took me to a roller coaster Internship I did with a Marketing company engaging myself in Digital marketing, learning Google ads, Website designing and Sales (Pitching clients-Dentists) and consulting them to improve business and strategies.
