Overall Roles & Responsibilities:- The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery & analysis of People data that transforms HR and organizational data into practical insights and supports the leadership to achieve talent management and workforce strategic goals.- Partner with internal stakeholders (including HR leadership team, IT, HR Solutions) to implement the data systems/platforms strategy that allows BHRs and people leaders to leverage workforce insights that drive evidence-based decision-making.- Design and build automated dashboards that enable and empower client self service.- Support workforce analytics solutions for internal divisions/functions (Africa, Europe, Global Functions - IT, Finance, Global Technology, Global Commercial) leveraging people related data including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation data- Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to translate analysis into insightful data narratives, customized and standardized reporting.- Utilize Google data studio, Google sheets/Microsoft Excel, One Model, Qualtrics and other technologies.Additional Responsibilities for One Model- Support in creating new metrics & dashboards in the tool.- Providing training and learning support to Business HR.- Data validation and data migration to One Model from various HR data sources like SAP, SuccessFactors.Additional Responsibilities for DE&I- Support in creating & measuring success of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs.- Manage global award participation.Special Projects (Leading Reporting Stream for Employee Central Migration):- Overall lead for Reporting stream for migration of reports to Employee central.- Managing designing, testing and implementation of reports using Canvas reportin.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the formation of the CBS Reporting team in Colgate Shared service center as a part of HR 2020 project.- Managing Reporting team responsible for supporting reporting requests for different HR systems like SAP, SuccessFactors.- Created automated dashboards using google datstudio to help HR with standard HR KPI metrics measurement.- Managed the KPI measurement and tracking of Colgate Shared service center.- Develop operational reports to support regular activities and act as a subject matter expert on reporting for all HR technologies.

Roles & Responsibilties:- Provide support to the C&B manager in the development, implementation, administration of the merit annual salary planning, benefits and other rewards & recognition programs.- Managing SAP data base in terms of salary changes and incentive changes - Responsible for timely testing of the Annual Bonus Programs in the SAP systems- Responsible for preparing all the offers of Junior and Middle management employees- Day to day delivery of compensation operations and administrative process related to different benefits.- Coordinate the approvals of off cycle promotions, mid term increases- Supporting the C&B manager in the annual budget review and manpower planning
