• Led Trips/Treks/Expedition in Himalayan region focusing on activities such as Trek Leading, Base Camp Managing, Staff Handling, Equipment Maintaining, Photo and Video Blogging. • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including cold and very hot temperatures necessary.• Delivers end to end guest experience by safely facilitating participation throughout the canopy tour in accordance with prescribed operational guidelines.• Ability to deliver a world-class guest experience while maintaining strict focus on the safety and well-being of the participants.• Completes (supervises) daily inspections for all trek components, equipment and gear as required.• Engages with guests throughout the trek by delivering environmental interpretation about the mountain and the area covered by the tour route• Greets, makes eye contact, listens to and responds appropriately to every guest's needs and or questions.• Experience working with guests of all ages in a teaching/ coaching/ mentoring capacity.• Responsible for accurate record keeping pertaining to all operational log sheets.• Willingly performs other tasks as assigned.
