⮚ Commissioning, Testing and performing Factory acceptance Test (FAT) Hydrogen powered Fuel Cell Composition (FCC) and Fuel Cell Power Modules (FCPM) units ranging from 10kW to 200kW with the help of LabVIEW based SCADA system.⮚ Part of R&D team and Developing, validating, and testing the customise prototype fuel cell product for train and truck engines.⮚ Troubleshoot and find the root cause of the test failure using Data Acquisition software like Minitab Statistic to resolve the problem and create test logs for future reference.⮚ Programming, Configuring, controlling, and calibrating various equipment like, flow, temperature, pressure, level transmitters, heaters, VFD parameters, Control valves, and safety switches etc.⮚ Conduct preventive maintenance for smooth operation of the test station and create the documents for testing requirements and the results.⮚ Providing Remote support to team in Germany and train technicians as needed.⮚ Modify and Rewrite test procedure and communicate the changes with technicians and production team.⮚ Ensure that all safety policies are enforced; participate in regular site inspections.

⮚ Conducting electrical and network testing on Automated signalling system using electrical drawings, procedure, and communication software to optimize safety, efficiency, and reliability of train control system.⮚ Audit Automated system, communication protocols like Modbus/RTU, DNP3, TCP/IP and serial communication and prepare documents to identify Installation, Design and manufacturing problems.⮚ Troubleshoot and find a root cause of the system failure using industrial software, Ip plan and electrical drawing.⮚ Ensure that all safety policies are enforced; participate in regular site inspections.

Aided with wiring of Emerson DeltaV DCS and Control panel.Worked on installation of instrumentation lab including various sensors, transmitters and control valves.Constructed Ethernet cables with wiring standard, threaded plastic pipes and arranged instrumentation lab by utilizing organizational skill.Commissioned Ultrasonic level and flow transmitters, air to open control valves, bubble pipes, DP transmitters, orifice plate, three valve manifolds, Rotameter and Rosemount magnetic flow meter.

Provided assistance on Commissioning and installation of DCS, PLC, SCADA and VFDs.P&ID Review, Preparation of Instrument index, PLC Input/output lists, Technical specification & Datasheets for process Instrumentation and control system.Aided on LT Control Panel including panel wiring and parts installation in accordance with wiring diagram.
