-Finance Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of 4 members withinthe finance department, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.-Accounting and MIS Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation offinancial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses tosupport decision-making processes.-Client and Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with clientsand vendors, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues orconcerns promptly.-Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuringcompliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.-Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes, including calculation,processing, and distribution of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.-Admin & Procurement: Manage administrative functions and procurementactivities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurementstrategy development.-Listed Company Procurement Experience: Possess expertise in procurementprocesses specific to listed companies, including compliance with regulatoryrequirements and adherence to corporate governance standards.

1-Accounting Software: Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or other industry-specific accounting tools to record and manage financial transactions.2-Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and consolidated financial reports.3-Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in creating, managing, and analyzing budgets, as well as developing financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.4-Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Proficient in managing accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely collections and payments to vendors and clients.5-Financial Analysis: Skillful in conducting financial analysis, interpreting financial data, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.6-Taxation: Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including income tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax compliance for accurate and timely tax reporting.7-Auditing: Familiarity with auditing principles and practices to facilitate internal and external audits.8-Payroll Processing: Competent in handling payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance related to employee salaries.09-Foreign Exchange Management: Understanding of foreign exchange transactions and associated risks for businesses involved in international trade.10-Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of financial and accounting regulations, and local regulatory requirements.11-Documentation and Record Keeping: Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.12-Communication and Presentation: Effective communication skills to present financial information to stakeholders clearly and concisely.13-Information Security: Awareness of information security protocols to protect sensitive financial data from unauthorized access or breaches.
