I am a project manager, specialising in the construction industry and having 7 years of cumulative experience. Over the last five years, I have managed five major projects valued at up to 100 million dollars which include Radhe Infinity (commercial and residential mixed used project having 1M square feet construction area), SUSPA Pneumatics (German based automobile company and pioneer of Gas springs), Jaivel Aerospace (Indian based automobile company and making parts for Boeing and Rolls Royce), MRS bearing ( Indian based bearing manufacturing company) and Expansion of Hitachi Hirel manufacturing plant. Recently, I was associated as a Construction Project Manager at Sakshham Project Management Consultants, I was responsible for managing a project to construct a new commercial and residential (mixed used) project in the Capital of Gujarat, India. This major project involves the construction of 4 numbers of 14 storeys residential tower which are having 224 units of 3 BHK apartments with a swimming pool and single storey club house building at the center of the residential premises where the corner portion of the plot is having Ground + 8 floors commercial building having space for showrooms, shops and offices. As a Project Manager/Project Coordinator, I had to be an active member while making drawings, taking decisions and execution of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire and Mechanical works (other utilities too) which are directly or indirectly associated with the construction project. Some of my key successes in recent years include:- Executed, managed and delivered a 120-million-dollar project to construct new apartments and a commercial building in Gujarat, India.- Reduced costs by 7 million dollars by renegotiating contracts and consolidating suppliers, provide alternatives of expensive items (Value Engineering), and market research. When I’m not managing projects, I enjoy playing Football, Cricket and Video games. I was the district level football player back in my school time and I have won a number of tournaments.
