Working in events has taught me one thing, "We should be ready to learn new things and should be ready to adapt to the new challenge in every event".I have been working in this industry for more than 5+ years and have handled almost all types of events, where I have pre-planned the entire event a month prior, fulfilled & executed additional requirement from the client on last-minute, executed events which got finalised a couple of days before the event date.My key role in all events is to manage and handle planning, making production drawings & layout, finding new vendors as per requirement in different cities, coordinating with multiple vendors, negotiating and getting closure on event budget, artist management, communicate with the client for their additional requirement, show running and other coordination.I have also learnt some software over the years which is helping me in my journey to make event planning more detailed and easier for execution. Some software is Coreldraw, Sketch up, Auto Cad, Photoshop, these software help making the following things easy and simpler:1: Layout (during & post recce)2: Production drawings3: Production design Lately, I am learning Vectorworks to make event planning more detailed and organized.
