Leading investing and due diligence for JumpStart Ventures

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of due diligence process for JumpStart’s investment funds (Evergreen, Focus, Next) and working with entrepreneurs who approach JumpStart seeking services and investment/funding. Work closely with a team of analysts/associates and Venture Partners and perform and facilitate due diligence for all of JumpStart’s Investment Funds. Work closely with the Company and legal counsel in issuing term sheets, negotiating investment terms and overseeing preparation of investment memoranda and assuring timely and efficient investment closings.

Founded the Company and led all aspects of early stage tech commercialization including market research and market validation, negotiating license with the university, developing regulatory and commercialization plan, working with regulatory consultants, coordinating and participating in pre-sub meeting with the FDA, raising grants (Tech Genesis grant) and seed capital from TechColumbus (now Rev1 Ventures).

Evaluated technologies for commercial potential, identified product markets applicable to technology, interacted with industry experts in target markets to get technology feedback

Evaluating early stage technologies for their commercial potential. Evaluating the Intellectual Property Rights of inventions

Worked on the Mediation project for British Telecom. Provided technical assistance to the team for Fusion Works application and deployed all product releases on the production environment. Prepared data for implementing system testing and end to end testing and provided assistance to the production team in ongoing production faults.
