An Electronics and Communication Engineer by qualification, I was working as Executive - Sales and Service. After joining in the sales division I was instrumental in convincing and selling some of the first few products which were newly launched by our company. It was a challenging assignment to convince existing customers for new as well as regular products and sharing feedback of newly developed products to development team for further improvements.

Took great care in service support and timely completion of project work through him with 100% satisfaction of customers and of my Service Engineer both.

After acquiring technical knowledge of process and products, I was given responsibility of sales of antistatic systems, ink handling systems for Gujarat, M. P. and Rajasthan. I started enquiry generation of Register Control System. My prime focus was to establish relationship with OEM/Machine Manufacturer.

Joined in print and packaging department for Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, service support. The products included doctor blades, antistatic systems, ink handling systems, Register Control System.

Responsible for installation and commissioning of Multihead Weighing machines for given territory.

Reponsible for the management of team in operation and maintenance at water treatment plant (WTP) and sludge treatment plant (STP) in Ahmedabad.
