Integrate Oracle HCM system with RotaGeek to automate process for new starter and leave users. I took a lead to implement the solution by using Prince 2 methodology and worked with RotaGeek Company to customised the solution. I reported it to Head of IT and Sales & Operations was the stakeholders for the project. Project Budget was £150K and duration was August 16 to July 17. The business benefited of 5% reduction of operational cost. CRM App project: Awarded for Innovation Project 2016To build in-house iOS application to register new Reward card member by using the store iPad. I took a lead from concept to delivery. I worked with in-house developer to build an app. Project Budget was £60K and duration was April 16 to Oct 16.
