I did not have to do much communicating, Hardik was at every step watching and paying attention to every rock I lifted to find a gem for his team and I really appreciated that he allowed to think creatively and outside the box to build his team. That trust and communication was our foundation and it was really effective in the recruiting process, especially to obtain the talent needed for his specialized scope of work.
