Quality ality Engineer in Waaree Technologies limited In Final Quality Control(FQC).Check the Battery Quality & Make Final Battery Quality Report.Capacity testing of Electric vehicle, Solar batteries and ESS batteries.Life cycle testing of batteries to know the performance of a battery at fieldlevel Generating final quality reports for customers.Check BMS protection, Alarm, released, switching etc.Set All parameter in BMS & Installing software's in smart BMS Testing thebatteries and problem analyzing in field level Work with other testengineers and technicians to execute battery performance Testing usingcycler equipment's and provide accurate result reports.Developing and implementing quality standards.Also working in InProcess Quality Check (IPQC) since Dec-23 .Make InProcess reports & Daily assembly reports of batteries.Knowledge about (IAD) Inprocess assembly drawing ,(BOM) Bills ofmaterials (TDS) Technical data sheet.Work with other test engineer and technician to execute batteryperformance testing using cycler equipment and provide accurate resultand reports.Reliability test of cells and battery as per Indian standard (Thermal Shocktest, Short circuit test, Drop test, Weight impact test, High altitude test,Crush test , Environmental test)Making monthly reports of MIS Reliability testing, life cycle of cells andbatteries.Also major involvement in AIS -156 phase I & II Certification clearance ofour Battery pack.
