Starting early in life was beneficial; indeed enhanced my learning curve. Five years of relentless working at the Times Group. and not letting that dream die, got-me-a-ticket to the United States of America – my first internal job posting to Silicon Valley. One of my biggest achievements. From the US to the UK – the journey has been challenging, yet memorable & rewarding. In 2009, in the UK, I was the first Indian elected as a Student Trustee in the fifty years of the university's history. It was a proud day for every Indian studying in the city. I am pleased to be the ambassador for change for international students (especially for Indians) who now consider nominating for important positions and believe in winning. My inquisitive nature and constant striving to improve the learning experiences of International students got me a job at the University to lead relationships and communications for international students from India & China.     Back-to-India, in 2012 – changed the field from Financial Services to Education to Media. Till now I had worked in three countries. Adapting to diverse cultures, and learning newer products and services became part of life. Double promotions, rewards and recognitions became regular affairs whilst growing in the leadership role. Stepping into a leadership role made me more sensible, and kinder to my team and the people around me. Even family members at home were able to spot a positive change.  In 2017, began the entrepreneur journey by co-founding the Investor Awareness Education & Corporate Financial Training business with three co-founders. In less than 2 years, we grew from a small to a mid-sized company; from merely 4 clients to 33 clients. End of the second year our business got merged with our competitor. It was time to celebrate and for me, it was time to move on to the next journey.  In 2019, I began working for India’s biggest, most loved, celebrity cricketer’s digital venture – 100MB (A social destination envisioned by the master blaster, Sachin Tendulkar) & Sachin Saga (Mobile gaming App). It’s truly a dream come true job to work for a legend. working on launching India’s first e-IPL. My dream project!I will share the news soon :)
