I help people/organizations exercise bold leadership so they can navigate from where they are to where they want to be, through equitable and human-centered practices. What does that look like in practice? I am a problem solver. I listen to my clients, identifying their needs, and co-design paths forward. I am not afraid of change and I spend a considerable amount of effort helping my clients and their stakeholders embrace change and exemplify leadership throughout the change management process. I am an educator at heart which means I can design dynamic learning experiences and disseminate information effectively. I believe that we can increase our collective impact if we prioritize people over profit and power. I help my clients change their workplace culture toward being human-centered. I value transparency, curiosity, lifelong learning, empathy, and action because I believe that in order to change the world you must serve a higher purpose. I am driven by making a positive impact in my community; exploring new places and cultures; and seeking out new experiences. Beyond work, I take much pride in raising my fierce children and striving to add more stamps to my passport.KEY SKILLSET: Strategic Planning & Forecasting | Process Redesign | Change Management | Team Building | People Management | Learning & Engagement | Workplace Culture | Program Development | Public Speaking | Facilitation | Budget Management | Conflict Resolution | Project Management | Creative Problem Solving | Interpersonal Skills | Written & Verbal Communication Skills | Diversity & Inclusion
