I am a Finance and Business Analytics graduate of Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington. I believe I am “built” through moments in life. My talents and experience have also contributed a lot in building my present existence as an individual equipped with characteristics of my own.Having to live and study eight thousand miles away from home since I was 16, has helped and taught me many things in my life. As it is said, “experience makes you perfect.” through my study abroad, I keep experiencing new things that I have not encountered before, and I gain new skills that help me to succeed in life. Discipline and responsibility are two of the most important skill that I learn by being far away from home. Being away from home means I am not going to be told what I need to do by my parents. It is my responsibility to do my school work and be responsible for what I do. On the other hand, the culture gap between people only makes thing tougher. However, these problems have helped to develop my skill to embrace and adapt to the cultures around me. It was not an easy task to be far away from my family, however, I believe this is what it takes to pursue my own dream.
