Hardy Zachary Bogue is a management professional with over 8 combined years of experience overseeing high levels of responsibility in leading men in the United States military as well as in the civilian work force. Zach is a Sergeant in the Army National Guard. In the Army Zach has the position of team leader which includes accounting for soldiers and equipment worth hundreds of thousands to even millions of dollars. In Iraq Zach took on the role of leading a team of biometrics experts and maintaining the operational status of the several million dollars’ worth of biometrics equipment. Zach played a key role in assisting the Iraqis with developing their own biometric capabilities both at the borders and throughout the country. His duties in Iraq which include creating and enforcing Coalition Forces policy related to data including fingerprints, iris scans, vehicle scans and other forms of biometric identification. Zach took on the responsibility of ensuring that every vehicle coming on base did not have explosives or weapons and as for the individuals Zach was tasked with ensuring that no criminals or known terrorists that were recorded in the expansive US military biometrics database were making it onto internationally controlled bases. Zach is well accustomed to the highest level of responsibility.
