The Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundationis an independent charity established to raise funds for Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia. The Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation has one purpose and one purpose only: Eradicating Obstetric Fistula.

July 2012 - March 2014 Led the team responsible for developing global partnerships with the private sector to support the work of UN Women, champion women's empowerment and gender equality and foster adoption of the Women’s Empowerment Principles for Business. April 2014 - January 2016 Development of global partnerships with the private sector and social enterprise in support of the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women. Since its creation, the Fund has awarded $95 million to 368 initiatives in 132 countries and territories.

Member of the senior management team responsible for UNICEF’s Global Private Sector resource mobilisation. Managed UNICEF's relationship and joint strategic planning with the 36 UNICEF National Committees providing $1bn+ of UNICEF's global budget.

Responsible for ensuring UNICEF’s aims, values and mission to defend the rights of children worldwide was heard in Australia and leading and growing stakeholder relationships to maximise support and funds raised for UNICEF’s work. Elected to the UNICEF Standing Group of National Committees in 2006, re-elected in 2008 and appointed Deputy Chair.
