At Axonn I worked as team lead on the video product, and following consolidation of the teams went on to work on features across all products. We practised Scrum and Agile methodologies, and worked as a cross functional team.Duties included:- Full stack maintainance and development of software/features for video, text, and technology products; including spec through to deployment, high level architecture, and technology selection- Project and team management- Developing team processes- Designing and implementing REST APIs- Designing and implementing internal code frameworks- Developing event based processing systems- Developing video production/manipulation functionality- Database administration- Cloud based infrastructure management- Staff trainingNotable achievements included:- Playing a large part in migrating company software infrastructure to Amazon Web Services- Re-architecting the internal video production systems to better satisfy requirements and improve reliability- Introducing and implementing continuous integration/deployment processes- Managing and implementing a long term migration between underlying services for the video product's delivery system without downtime or impact to the client or day to day operations- Designing and implementing an API that concurrently allows variant client data versions- Playing a large part in the development and internal buy-in of the company's content marketing PaaS offering- Advocating and implementing a high standard of system security

My role at Glipho was to develop new features at framework, website, and service level in a freelance capacity.Duties included:- Full stack development of features and bug fixes- Deployment
