Main responsibilities:- Run multi-stakeholder requirements gathering, business process modelling and sign off workshops- Gathering, documenting and maintaining detailed requirements (functional and non-functional)- Ensuring systems development team had a clearly defined set of requirements that are well understood by both business and technical stakeholders- Acting as an interface between technical designers and the business during development and UAT- Ensuring requirements and solution are linked to Technological and Information strategies, standards and architecture- Business process mapping of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ models- Facilitating walkthrough’s of all changes across the whole business and outward facing contacts- Mentoring users through adopting and accepting changes to existing processes/systems- Identifying business benefits and acceptance criteria- The identification of new and alternative approaches to performing business activities
