Abu Dhabi & Mmgp Project In Ksa

In my role, I've been responsible for overseeing the performance of the project team, ensuring that our work aligns with our clients' standards and internal regulations. By leading continuous improvement and innovation initiatives as well as collaborating closely with both management and the project team, I have consistently aimed to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets which enhanced organizational success. Some key projects under my management are listed below-- EPC Project in consortium with Outotec Oversaw the construction of largest Gold Plant in KSA for Ma'aden (MMGP)- Alumina Refining Project for EGA, Abu Dhabi Design & Engineering, Supply, and Construction of 82 Tanks, Construction of entire Civil works & Erection & Commissioning of supports for the SMP 3 Package ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion.- EPC Project in consortium with SMS GmbH, Germany Oversaw the EPC project of a state-of-the-art 240 KTPA LSAW Pipe Mill, adhering to international standards and safety protocols along with close collaboration with consortium partners, local authorities, and client representatives.

Led continuous improvement and innovation initiatives in collaboration with senior management and the project team, consistently achieving targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Formulated and executed procurement and construction contracting strategies through contractor preselection, bidder interviews, and contract negotiation. Evaluated customer perception of EHS and Quality to drive continuous improvement efforts.TATA Steel, Kalinga Nagar, Odisha, India - Successfully managed the construction of a 3.0 MTPA Steel Melting shop project. TATA Steel BSL, Angul, India - As Chief Project manager, successfully managed and executed the Engineering (Part), Procurement, Streamlined Construction & Commissioning supports of an Integrated Steel plant of 2.5 MTPA comprising of Blast furnace (with Paul Wurth), Steel Melting Shop & Slab Caster (SMS GmbH), 3.2 MTPA Sinter Plant (with Outotec), 1.3 MTPA Coke Oven (with Paul Wurth) & the complete Raw Material Handling System (L&T Technology & Equipment).Civil, Structural & Equipment works of Steel Melting Shop, JSPL, Angul, India - Responsible the civil and structural aspects of the Steel Melting Shop and Slab Caster facility through meticulous planning and execution to create a robust and reliable structure to house the equipment.EPC Project in consortium with Outotec - Spearheaded the consortium with Outotec with distinguished contribution in execution and the establishment of a state-of-the-art 4.2 MTPA Sinter Plant at Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL, India.
