I have been working as a Credit Manager for ORIX Australia for the last 4+ years. Being a Credit Manager for ORIX Australia, my primary responsibilities include but not limited to;• Exercising a discretionary credit limit within the Company policy, procedure, & all the generally accepted concepts of prudential risk theory, • Preparation, review & approval of commercial submissions up to approved limit (DA). These encompass a wide range of products which cover Fleet funding and management solutions across a wide range of customer types and industries. • Preparation & submission of large & complex proposals to higher management (have independently worked on proposals up to $150 mil for large corporate customers). • Review & draft of Legal documentation, • Ongoing management of the relationship with the Vendors/customers/ other teams,• Training & mentoring Credit and other business unit team members to enhance overall efficiencies. • Direct management, mentoring and coaching of my sub-ordinates.• Assessment & decisioning of Financial Assistance/ Hardships Applications involving credit re-structuring to assist customers in need. Furthermore, I was actively engaged in development of ORIX VOOM product – Smart vehicle lending for SME starting from concept to development of online portal from a credit perspective. Here at ORIX, I have also worked on development of Salesforce – CL originate tool for receiving and decisioning of Novated Applications. From time to time, I have also been engaged in drafting checklist/ Matrices and scoring models to facilitate credit decisioning process.

I worked as a Credit Manager for BOQ Finance during 2010-2017. I joined Orix Leasing Pakistan Limited in 2006 as a Credit Officer, Corporate Division. I left as a Senior Credit Officer in 2010. There I was responsible for;• Evaluation of lease / short term financing proposals for customers based in Pakistan & Middle East. • Risk assessment of asset, management, financial statements and preparation of Credit Appraisal Reports for the senior management in Pakistan and Japan. Monthly reporting for Top Management in Pakistan and Japan.
