To review all warranty invoices raised on principal's by the different locations, assess its admissibility under stipulated warranty claim guidelines defined by the principal and the company to advise the locations in case of any discrepancies to continually improving the overall warranty system. To submit claim on principal warranty system to ensure all money credited on warranty account are recovered. To periodically audit the locations warranty process adopted to verify full adherence of the principal's recommended warranty process and report findings to Operations Manager for corrective action. Coordinating the technical matters with warranty claims with the help of the test reports, diagnosing logs, Initial trouble shooting etc.Inspection of warranty failed parts by visual inspection & testing Monitoring all recalls and service campaigns completion for ensuring warranty operations.Conducting Warranty Internal Audits, Following all warranty claims issues policy of dealership & factory guidelines.Ensuring excellent quality of warranty processing to rejection and outstanding amounts and to repayment from Factory.Checking and controlling of warranty spare parts for audit carried out by manufacturer.Preparing of Credit Note and Warranty Claims Direct Credit Sales Report monthly/quarterly reports to the accounts department.Access to various tools provided by Volkswagen group namely Elsa Win , Elsa-Pro And Saga -2 , familiarity with Etka -Parts catalogue and SAP Database Management ( Internal )

Responsibilities include:Extending technical support to dealers and sales team on operations of warranty.Raising the warranty claims of dealers at Tata Motors Ltd (TML) after scrutinizing the genuinity of claims received from dealers. Interacting with TML personnel for the processing of the claims.Returning the warranty parts to TML warehouses and settlement of the credit.Raising the shortage, wrong and excess supply claims at the TML ware houses.Lodging the claim at Insurance co. in case of transit shortage or damage of goods happens and follow-up with them till settlement.Creating and maintaining monthly sales, purchase and stock transfer reports for Sales tax Dept., Head office and TML and for future reference. Training the sales team for knowledge/familiarity with the latest upgradation in products
