Worked with Madura fashion & Lifestyle for their premium brand ‘VANHEUSEN’ as Area Visual Merchandiser (AVM) for VH stores across Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Hands on experience with 2VH & 1 V. new store openings during this term. From Branding, In store, windows & outdoor communications.During this term my job role is to adapt & execute VM concept for the season across the region. Implementing and executing VM communications indoor and outdoor, with the help of registered Vendors , to increase foot fall to the stores . Highlighted new arrivals with innovative cross merchandising techniques, using additional props. Created thematic sectional displays & style hubs, worked with Island displays and seasonal makeovers for various Anchor & Vanilla stores. Trained staff & executed various model store roll outs. Identified several negative spaces and filled it with effective visual communications. Worked hand in hand with Operations team and contributed to achieve targets given by top management. Organized competitions between stores for best looking, well presented and top selling based on their presentation skills. Identified skill within the team & highlighted across the stores.

Adapt, implement and execute Ideations & Marketing communications, Instore and outdoor advertising, to increase foot fall to the stores. Refreshing the merchandise by regular changes in merchandise presentation, like color blocking, Thematic Displays. Arranging apparel with combinations in brand spaces, re arranging movable fixtures, responsible for Windows, Focal points, Island displays and seasonal makeovers for the entire store. Make sure executed merchandise display impact the sale, customer buying behavior on floor especially for private labels.
