Current1. Ensure timely closure of all the orders and resolve any arising problems or complaints2. Implement systems and procedures to ensure supply chain operations of the factory to meet the production plans and cost standards.3. Ensure compliance with QMS, FSMS, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSAI and Good manufacturing practices (GMP's)4. Ensure no stoppage of production due to non availability of material. 5. Implementing technologies, processes, policies, and procedures to support the purchasing process6. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the right quality materials at right price on right time7. Reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, packing materials, and ensure purchase requisitions and purchase orders for materials.8. Managing supplier performance (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual).9. Ensure optimum inventory level to maintain on time deliveries10. Ensure on time dispatch for export & domestic dispatches to maintain customer satisfaction.11. Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the supply chain function. 12. Preparing & managing logistics & transport budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial measures where appropriate for export & domestic dispatches.13. Planning, organizing and making daily, weekly and monthly reports.14. Coordinating and participating weekly and monthly meeting, and presenting our territory.
