I'm Hareesh PK, the CEO and Founder of AAA. I completed my B-Tech from Dept. of E&C in the year 2011. I was fortunate to have plenty of teachers who were not just proficient with the subject matter, but were also people with high integrity & principles, right from my childhood. The initial seed of desire to teach was planted in me by their association. The desire became intense at NITK when I also found spiritual mentors who guided me further on developing good character & healthy value systems. As a Student at NITK, there were constant questions within myself as to what exactly gives happiness in life? But, very shortly I realized that fame, money, position although is needed for sustenance, they can’t give ultimate satisfaction to the soul. Providing knowledge to the Students along with instilling within them deep rooted values of character, morals and values is what I felt, the best way to utilize my talents for the service of thesociety.After Graduation I got placed at Cosmic Circuits and the company was eventuallytaken over by Cadence Systems India. I served the organization for a period of 6years (2011-2017). In 2012, I started Arjunaa Academy for Achievers (AAA) along withmy job at Cosmic Circuits. I’m extremely thankful to the founders of Cosmic & mymanagers for their inspiration & for being gracious enough to encourage & supportme in my endeavors. Special thanks to my manager Venkatesh TS, who hadaccommodated & supported me during this period.In Feb 2017, after filing a US Patent (Patent No: US9977454B1 in the field of Temperature Sensors & with asatisfaction of contributing to Cadence, who supported me over the last 6 years, Idecided to quit my job & give my entire time & energy towards the growth of theinstitute & to take it to the next level.Today with over 1500 Students, , we have grown leaps and bounds.
