 Developing a detailed Annual Action Plan (AAP) along with reasonable budget for the pre decided projects and take approval from the management /CSR committee  Execution and implementation of annual action plan with the support of various stakeholders such as internal staff (Employee engagement) and external resources  Liaison with Education department and other line departments to implement various CSR programs in adopted Govt. As part of Corporate Social Responsibility I was heading Vocational Training center where 400 women learn 10 various courses in 3 months batches. I was also in charge of Balawadi (children’s play school) with over 60 children (3-5 years old)Major Responsibilities:1. DAY TO DAY MONITORING OF VOCATIONAL ACTIVITIES:• Planning, delegating, executing, reviewing of admission process in every batch • Oversee the implementation of systems such as attendance, entry register, covering syllabus as per the time table etc. • Provide support to teachers in Planning, Delegating, Executing, Reviewing and Report writing of the special events like Orientation Day, Project Day and Graduation Day• Overlook the admission and certification process in each course • Set exam question papers or patters and evaluation process in place in consultation with teachers and management2. COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION: Mobilizing the women community through having regular meetings with self-help groups (SHGs), nearby schools, colleges, anganwadi centers and other like-minded institutions who work for women3. PREPARATION OF TEACHING AIDS:• Prepare training guide or manual for each course for three months duration with specific syllabus (both theory and practical)• Identify the need of specific infrastructure and initiate the procurement process for a better teaching

Equip Youth in India seeks to provide hundreds of young people in the city of Bangalore with life and technical skills training combined with increased access to internships and linkages to employment in the industrial sector. The program is now in the initial stages of implementation in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Karnataka. To make youth more employable quest takes through the curriculum on life skills, communicative English, work skills to prepare students for world of work, career guidance, companies act and self employment.• Identification of partner institutions and work closely with them to implement the training and placement activities for youth.• Providing technical and monitoring support to trainers in the ITI for smooth implementation of the project• Monitoring day to day activities of Equip youth project and update the centre activities • Advocacy and coordination with Department of Employment and Training and Govt. Industrial Training Institutions to influence decisions and get them involve in various programs • Active involvement in industry engagement activities for the project and ensure placement and post placement support for students • Organising events such as placement mela, career fair, industry engagement activities etc.
