I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Energy and Environment at NIT Trichy, and a recipient of the prestigious Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) in December 2020. My research focuses on thermal comfort in buildings, HVAC, and desiccant wheel technology, and I have filed multiple patents related to wind towers, energy storage, cold storage, and solar water heaters.I have three years of experience as a Technical Manager of Temperature Calibration at CL-DEE, NIT Trichy, where I provided calibration services to students and industries, and led the process of getting NABL 17025: 2017 accreditation for the temperature calibration facility. I also managed and trained a team of calibration technicians, and ensured compliance with quality standards and protocols. Additionally, I gained industry exposure through several consultancy projects on thermal analysis, fuel cells, and solar shading devices.I have a strong background in thermal engineering, with a master's degree from CUSAT and a bachelor's degree from the University of Kerala. I also have skills in natural ventilation, electric vehicles, transport phenomena, and engineering simulations, and I have completed several certifications from Arizona State University, Cornell University, and SolidWorks Designer. I have won the best paper award at Kerala Technological Congress 2017, and I have published my work in reputed journals and conferences.I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems and contribute to the advancement of science and technology. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities in the field of thermal engineering, and I aspire to become a leader and an innovator in this domain.
