- Managed the Data Axle, a real-time data platform made up of 35+ MM business listings, consumed by Google and Bing.- Led a team of developers, local and remote, in building a new ETL for the Data Axle, increasing flexibility and efficiency.- Owned BulkUpdate, which allows enterprises to update multiple listings at once via an API and spreadsheets.- Managed ExpressUpdate, a web app where small businesses can update their listings for free.- Worked closely with remote sales teams in planning and delivering new features and providing enhanced customer support.- Engaged directly with 10+ enterprise customers of all managed products in determining future roadmaps.- Conducted agile project management using Pivotal Tracker and JIRA, modified to mirror Pivotal best practices.

- Worked with three clients on the deployment of a foreign exchange (FX) trading platform and integration with legacy systems.- Architected and implemented FX post trade systems, which connected to IBM WMQ and Tibco EMS messaging systems.

- Owned the client platform for OneDrive, including event notification stack, data transfer layer, and device/resource awareness.- Received a patent for the underlying data transfer abstraction layer.

- Managed a team in building standards-based graphics features shipped in IE9 that enable the graphically rich web.- Led a team in implementing IE8’s layout and rendering engine, including CSS sizing & positioning, zoom and High DPI.- Managed the completion of IE8 user experience features, such as manage add-ons, the new tab page, the landing page, and the overall UI polish and visual freeze.- Received two patents for enhancements to the IE8 zoom feature.
