• Safety: - Drive safety culture and ensure safety observation in EPAs. Process mapping and hazard identification. • Contract Management: - Monitor KPIs as mentioned in EPA contracts and initiate action thereof as per guideline. Make sure that EPAs follow all contractual norms. Make sure that the bills submitted by the EPAs are correct. Reconciliation of physical stock v/s SAP stock. Coordinating with all agencies for dispatch of finished goods. Take improvement projects related to KPIs affecting the profitability through EPAs. • Quality: - Quality Assurance system implementation at EPAs. Process control: DM & SPC implementation, On-line process parameter implementation. Complaint management and CAPA implementation. Driving initiatives for quality improvement. Ensure product and process quality audit as per plan • Production and Despatch: - Ensure RM availability. Monitor production as per plan. Delay analysis and corrective action for consistency in production. Ensure concurrency of stocks in EPAIS/SAP systems. Ensure stock reconciliation and audit as per plan. Ensure despatches as per plan. Drive initiatives to improve productivity, yields and system cost. Manage all inventories as per plan. • Others Daily/weekly/monthly MIS compliance• Interaction with M&S and sales planning team for Oder generation and fulfilment process

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - As a Maintenance Engineer in mechanical I have the responsibility to flow the resources (man, machine & material) in specified direction to achieve the objective with in the duration.I am responsible:- Maintenance of 2HI, 4HI, Skin Pass Mill, EOT Cranes and slitting line also.To make a well oriented work schedule with available resources.To maintain all the relevant records concerned to the department.To ensure proper safety measures equipment & person.To ensure that the activities are performed as per planning.To monitor all the maintenance related activities.Go for minor modifications in design as per requirement for better results. Perform the activities like breakdown and preventive maintenance.Responsible for leading crew of 20+ workers.To undertake process modification and new project implementation.Responsible to keep line up.Perform the preventive maintenance as per schedule on regular basis, besides evaluating the root cause and do the analysis for permanent solution.Advance planning on the Machine effectiveness, so production should not suffer.MIS reports.Proficient to work in M/M module of SAP.
