(Global) Associate officer Security control Room12 June 2019 at present. Security Control Room Operation.• Emergency & Incident Management.Identify emergency scenarios through the surveillance operations from the control Room and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure quick response to emergencies.• Asset & event protection Operate the control room systems for asset protection basis the established SOP’s.Conduct perimeter check of the event premise, basic instruction, for events happening at site/BU/ Corporate to ensure complete security.• Systems OperationsConduct basic troubleshooting of the Control Room equipment, escalate major issues and ensure minimal downtime for the systems and equipment.Monitor the cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment in the control room and liaise with the operations team to ensure round-the-clock vigilance alert the operations teams on the identification of threats.• Data Management• Prepare MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and share with the control room officer• Diploma in basic computer. (Excel, Microsoft Word, Power point, etc.) • Basic Knowledge of Power BI. • End-user knowledge of Genetic Application operations.
