Control processes to assure quality standards.Control the finished goods costing in coordination with the Production Manager.Follow up of SOP’s for the production line and to update it, as & when necessary.Responsible for internal functions like planning, quality, store, dispatch, purchase, maintenance related issues.Train the Operators for Production processes.Proactively and innovatively work towards process improvements, cost control, etc.Provide overall guidance, leadership and strategic direction to the team.Implement and maintain quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvements.Responsible for FSMS implementation and Internal & external Food Safety Audits.
