• Spearheaded a nationwide effort to secure commitments from 29 key Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) to champion fair hiring and employment practices, significantly enhancing Singapore's reputation as a fair and inclusive workplace.• Co-founded the Welcome Programme in 2021, a tripartite initiative with MOM, NTUC, and SNEF, to facilitate the integration of senior talent into Singapore. Expanded the program's reach by partnering with chambers in 2022 and successfully hosted SBF's own edition in 2023.• Led the MAP initiative, forging public-private partnerships with 11 leading players to empower over 300 enterprises to transform their cybersecurity posture, significantly bolstering Singapore's overall cybersecurity readiness.• Forged strategic partnerships by securing sponsorships from corporations for high-profile industry events like the Future Economy Conference 2020 and Singapore Apex Business Summit 2022 and 2024, expanding SBF's reach across various enterprise sizes.

• Facilitated flagship events including Swiss National Day and Oktoberfest for commercial opportunities and sponsorships• Managed the production of the Club’s bi-monthly magazine publication, Relax with circulation of 1,500 copies to Club members, embassies, international schools and corporate organisations• Collaborated with internal stakeholders to build sustainable membership growth through development of strategies and programmes to stimulate member engagement as a means of membership renewal
